A chef plating a dish at Savoré

Our Story

Nigerian soul,
continental craft.

Savoré began with a simple belief: that our own food, cooked with care and served without compromise, belongs in a beautiful room.

The Idea

A dining room for the way we actually eat.

Lagos eats everything. A pounded-yam lunch, a bagel and coffee, small chops with friends, a proper dinner on a night that matters. Savoré was built to hold all of it under one warm roof, from 8am until late.

We take Nigerian cooking seriously: egusi and afang made from scratch, pepper soups with real depth, suya smoked the way it should be. And we give continental favourites the same respect, so there is always something for every guest at the table.

What We Care About

The house rules

i.

Local First

We source our proteins and produce locally and cook them fresh. Good food starts long before the plate.

ii.

No Shortcuts

Stocks that simmer, marinades that sit, sauces built by hand. The care is in the details you can taste.

iii.

Unhurried Service

You are here to enjoy yourself. Our team keeps the pace warm, attentive and never rushed.

The Savoré dining room

Part of the Family

The dining room of
George Residence.

Savoré is the restaurant of the George Residence family, known across Lagos and Abuja for quiet, considered hospitality. The same standard of welcome that defines the residences sets the table here, from the first hello to the last course.
